Barbourne Pool
The Barbourne pool is a well established pool that is situated off the A44 Worcester to Bromyard road, the club that runs the pool Barbourne AC , has been running it for over 20 years , the pool hosts a variety of fish with a good head of carp running to 17lb, perch to 4.5lb, barbel to 8lb , with chub, roach, and bream being the prominent silver fish species. With the 5 hour match record for the venue currently standing at 177lb,
The pool was established in 1998, and is around a acre in size with trees surrounding the pool , it also has a good natural supply of oxygen with an inlet and outlet water source, and holds 31 pegs
The pool is continually restocked through a long term stocking programme to provide sustainable contest weights throughout the year.
